Create A Multilingual Video Call
A video call meeting is a video communication feature that supports two or more participants in multilingual settings. During the call, each participant can speak in their chosen language. The spoken content is translated in real-time and delivered to other participants as text and optional text-to-speech in the target language.
Step 1: On the home page, click Create Meeting. Step 2: Select ‘Video-call’ and choose your meeting mode. Manual mode requires you to toggle the translation button, increasing the translation accuracy. Continuous mode automatically translates the conversation without having to toggle the translation button.
Then, fill in all required fields, especially those marked with an asterisk (*). In the transcription dialect box, select the AI you want to use to transcribe the speaker’s words. Pick the AI you prefer for translating the transcribed text in the translation dialect box. This is particularly crucial for languages such as Chinese.
Step 3: If you need to add multiple moderators, linguists, or participants, click the ‘Add Moderator,’ ‘Add Linguist,’ or ‘Add Participant’ button located on the right side of the page. Step 4: Once all the required fields are filled, click Submit. Step 5: When the meeting is successfully created, it will appear on your home page.
