1. Send Feedback from the App

You can send us your feedback directly from the platform using the Feedback button, located at the bottom right corner of your screen. Use this feature to:

  • Report a bug or technical issue
  • Request a new feature
  • Share suggestions or ideas
  • Provide general feedback

How to send feedback:

1. Open the Feedback Panel

Once you’re logged in, navigate to the bottom-right corner of the screen and click the Feedback button. 42_Feedback_button.webp

2. Enter a Title and Message

Fill in the Title of your message, then describe your feedback, issue, or request in the message field provided.

3. Add Your Phone Number

Provide your phone number so we can follow up if needed. This field is required.

4. Click Send

2. Fill Out the Contact Form

Prefer to reach out by form? Visit our Contact Us page to send a direct message. Simply fill in:

  • Your Name
  • Email address
  • Your Message (you can report an issue, request a demo, ask a question, or leave general feedback)
